Officially launched in 2024, System Conscious was founded with a purpose: to bring greater consciousness to the way people and organizations think, make decisions, interact with money, and create growth.
Founded by Irina Tatarenko, a successful entrepreneur, multiple business owner, and seasoned Corporate Controller, System Conscious grew from a career grounded in precision, financial discipline, regulatory compliance, systems, and controls, with years spent helping organizations understand and manage the realities behind their numbers. Yet alongside that structure has always existed another perspective.
As a natural healer with a strong spiritual foundation and an intuitive understanding of people, energy, and human behavior, Irina came to recognize that numbers tell only part of the story. Following the challenges of the world-renowned pandemic, Irina channeled her resilience and vision into founding this company. Every aspect of the company was meticulously crafted to provide tailored solutions, blending perfectionism with intuitive insight and expert precision to go beyond surface-level accounting consulting.
Philosophy of Balance
Accounting can be seen as a universal science of balancing, mirroring the natural laws of equilibrium that govern the universe.
